Postage and Packing
We keep our postage costs down as low as possible by working out the delivery charge based on the total weight of the items you have ordered. The costs shown below are excluding VAT. The correct amount including VAT is automatically worked out for you during the checkout process.

As a rough guide, a tube of Thrive Treats weighs about 60g, so you can expect to be able to order 1 tube with £1.60 delivery (75g), 3 or 4 tubes with £2.80 delivery (225g), and 8 tubes with £3.60 delivery (450g).

We want to ensure your items reach you safely and each order is carefully packed by hand.

For orders up to 75g we offer you the choice of whether it is sent 1st Class or 2nd Class. It includes a 'Certificate of Posting' which provides up to £39 of compensation in case of loss or damage.

For orders over 75g and up to 600g we use 'Recorded Delivery' and offer you the choice of whether it is sent 1st Class or 2nd Class. It includes confirmation of delivery and up to £39 compensation in case of loss or damage.

For 1st Class orders over 600g and up to 7.5kg we use 'Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm'. It includes confirmation of delivery and up to £500 compensation in case of loss or damage.

For 2nd Class orders over 600g and up to 7.5kg we use 'Standard Parcels with Enhanced Compensation'. Orders under 4.5kg include up to £250 compensation in case of loss or damage. Orders over 4.5kg and under 7.5kg include up to £500 compensation in case of loss or damage.

Please note that for some items the packaged weight is sometimes significantly heavier than the weight of their contents. The weights used in our postage calculations are based on actual products rather than the manufacturer descriptions, so that we can work out the right postage tariff for you.

We aim to despatch all orders by the next working day and will often despatch orders on the same day if received by 2pm.
